These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Chaiza Store website and to every order you place with us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products and descriptions
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance on your screen may differ slightly from the real product. We may update products, prices and availability at any time.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. The delivery fee and any other charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you if an order is affected.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or dispatch your item. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock issues, suspected fraud or a pricing error, and we will refund any payment already taken.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. Cash on delivery is available only for deliveries within the UAE where offered at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights in the country where you live.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and fees charged by authorities in your country are the customer's responsibility unless we have stated otherwise at checkout.
Promotions and discounts
Promotional offers, including sale events, are valid only for the stated period and conditions. We may change or end a promotion at any time before an order is placed.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Chaiza Store or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law
